At Null Ronin (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we use Printful to fulfill our orders, all products are custom-made and printed on-demand. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at [your email address] with your order number.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom or print-on-demand items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the defective or damaged item

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.

4. Shipping Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

5. Exchanges for Corrected Items

  • If you received the wrong size, color, or item due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs to send the correct item.
